Terms of Service

1. The service

ToolsOrbit ("the site") provides free online calculators, generators and utilities at https://toolsorbit.com. The tools run in your web browser. You do not need an account, and we do not ask for one.

2. Using the tools

You may use the tools for personal and commercial purposes. The results you create, such as a generated invoice, disclosure text or QR code, are yours to use. In return you agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks applicable law;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the site or its hosting;
• copy the site's design, written content or code and republish it as your own;
• use automated tools to scrape the site's content at scale.

3. Results are estimates, not advice

The tools produce results based on the figures and text you enter and on standard formulas that are explained on each page. Results are provided for information and planning purposes only. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. In particular, generated compliance language, such as SMS consent disclosures, is a starting point and not legal advice. Please see the Disclaimer.

4. No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We work hard to keep the tools correct and the site available, but we do not promise that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsOrbit and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or any result produced by it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero.

6. Intellectual property

The ToolsOrbit name, logo, design and written content are owned by ToolsOrbit. The underlying formulas and standards (for example the GSM 03.38 character set) are public knowledge and are not claimed as ours. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of advertisers or linked sites.

8. Privacy

How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or remove any tool or part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. General
